Privacy policy.
What we collect on the site, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
1. What we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through the Site — such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of any message or fit-quiz answer you send. Our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential representation, schedule intro calls, and operate the Site. We do not sell your information.
Information you share with us before an attorney–client relationship is established is not protected by the attorney–client privilege. Please do not send confidential information through the Site until a written engagement letter has been signed.
3. Third-party tools
We use third-party tools to operate the Site, including a calendar scheduling service (Calendly) and standard analytics. These services have their own privacy practices and may process your information under their own terms.
4. Cookies
The Site uses minimal cookies for security and to remember basic preferences. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting office@landofenchantment.law. Some information may be retained as required by professional rules or applicable law.
6. Contact
