The firm is licensed in New Mexico and works with clients across the state. Most subscription work happens by phone, video, and the secure client portal, which means you don’t need to drive to either office unless we both want to. In-person meetings are available by appointment at the office that’s closest to you.
We appear in New Mexico state and municipal courts when a matter calls for it, and refer out cleanly when a case isn’t a fit. The attorney is also licensed in Texas, which lets us cover UTEP-side NIL questions for athletes who cross the state line for school.
