- DWI / DUI — first through fourth offense; some aggravated and felony DWI on quote.
- Misdemeanors — petty theft, criminal damage, disorderly conduct, trespass, resisting, traffic-related misdemeanors.
- Domestic violence — battery against a household member, restraining order violations.
- Drug offenses — misdemeanor possession; lower-level felony possession; some higher-level matters by quote.
- Felonies — fourth- through second-degree felonies (excluding capital matters).
- Expungement & record sealing — petitions under the NM Criminal Record Expungement Act.

Every case is different. The fees below are general starting points; the actual fee depends on the facts, prior record, jurisdiction, and whether the matter resolves pretrial or proceeds to trial. Subscription members receive a 25% discount on flat-fee work — but only on charges incurred while a member.
